The Peacebuilder Academy prepares people to survive and thrive through this disruption by training them in two critical skills:

1. Conflict Resolution

Mastering how to deal with people — not just processes — is the most transferable, timeless skill. We teach peacebuilders how to handle interpersonal, social, and internal conflict using proven frameworks drawn from military, diplomatic, psychological, and nonviolent traditions.

2. Impact-Driven Micro-Entrepreneurship

In a world of disappearing jobs, people need new ways to earn through their skills, interests, and mission. We help peacebuilders launch small, purpose-driven ventures that generate income, support their families, and scale their impact.

About: Chris, a US Army combat veteran with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, holds MBA and Government Master's Degrees from Johns Hopkins University. With over 15 years of experience in Project/Operations/Business Management across the Department of Defense, NGOs, and private sector firms, Chris has excelled from managing small teams to overseeing regional operations. As a former Army Officer, he provided strategic advice to top executives, guiding company objectives. Currently, Chris leads the PBA, spearheading new product development and training initiatives.
